Terms of Service

Last updated 11 September 2026

1. Who we are

SIE is operated by KOMPANIE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to this website, the SIE app and the signals we publish. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Contact us at commoditybrokerageinter@gmail.com.

2. The service

SIE publishes its own crypto trading signals, each as a trade plan with an entry, a stop, exit rules and position sizes, together with a public record of closed signals.

SIE is in early access. Joining is free. Billing and signal delivery have not opened yet, and features marked as in development may change or may not be released.

3. Not financial advice

Our signals, trade plans, results and everything else we publish are general information. They are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and they are not a recommendation that any trade is suitable for you. We do not know your circumstances. Every trading decision is yours, and you place every trade yourself.

4. Risk

Crypto assets are highly volatile, and you can lose all of the money you trade with. Past results do not guarantee future results.

The results on our Results page come from paper trades: positions opened and closed by our engine at live Binance prices, after simulated slippage and a 0.1% fee. They are not fills on an exchange account. Your own results will differ.

5. Prop firms and exchanges

You are responsible for following the rules of any prop firm or exchange whose account you trade. Many prop firms do not allow trading on third-party signals, especially during an evaluation. We are not responsible if a firm or exchange restricts, closes or refuses to pay out on your account because you used our signals.

6. Your account

You must be 18 or over to use SIE. Give accurate details when you join, keep your login secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. One account is for one person.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • resell, republish or redistribute our signals or trade plans without our written permission;
  • scrape, overload or try to break into the service or the accounts of other people;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

8. Payments

You will not be charged during early access. Before billing opens we will publish our prices and tell you what a subscription includes, and nothing will be charged unless you choose to subscribe.

9. Our content

We own the signals, trade plans, software and content of SIE. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own trading while you keep to these terms.

10. Availability

We provide SIE as it is. We work to keep it running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, that signals will reach you at any particular time, or that it will be free of errors. We may change or stop parts of the service.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SIE or of our signals.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you use SIE as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using SIE at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and we will tell you before any important change takes effect. If you keep using SIE after that, the new terms apply.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
