Who we are
SIE is operated by KOMPANIE LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here. For anything about your data, email commoditybrokerageinter@gmail.com.
This policy covers this website and the SIE app at signalintelligence.up.railway.app, where you sign in and use the service.
This website
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs of requests, which include your IP address, browser details and the pages you asked for.
What the app collects
- Your account. Sign-in is handled by Clerk. When you join, Clerk holds your email address, your name if you give one, and your login details. We keep a profile with your display name and email address.
- Settings you enter. Your trading capital and risk settings, a Telegram chat ID if you add one for signal delivery, and a webhook secret if you connect your own TradingView alerts.
- An X account, only if you connect one. Your X user ID, username and display name, and the access tokens needed to post on your behalf when you choose to share.
- Payments, once billing opens. Billing is not live yet. When it is, Stripe will process payments. We will keep a Stripe customer and subscription reference, never your card number.
- Technical records. The app and its hosts record IP addresses, browser details and request times in server logs and in security and session records, to keep the service secure and to investigate problems.
- Your browser.The app stores two setup preferences in your browser's local storage. The demo sets one cookie, for eight hours, so you can view the demo account.
We do not ask for, or store, exchange API keys. Signals and published results are about markets, not people. The public track record contains no personal data.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you signed up for, including your account and settings (performing our contract with you).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems (our legitimate interests).
- To keep records the law requires, for example for tax once billing opens (legal obligation).
- To post to X or send you signals on Telegram, only when you have connected those accounts and asked us to.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

These providers process data outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires it, we rely on the safeguards they offer for international transfers, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account data and your sign-in, except anything we must keep by law. Server logs are kept for the periods our hosting providers set.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email commoditybrokerageinter@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you live in the EU or Switzerland, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
SIE is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
When we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you before it takes effect.
